Shipment and Returns

YOU HAVE TO INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY FOR DAMAGES AND SIGN FOR YOUR ITEMS UPON DELIVERY, NO RETURNS AND NO REFUND THEREAFTER.

All the below postcodes are considered part of Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland:

Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched in the same day or within 1 day after receipt of payment.

Only shipping fees are charged, packaging and handling is free of charge. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and the method used. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns

We do not offer any return policy. All goods have been inspected upon delivery and signed for. There is no return thereafter.
Please make sure that you calculate the quantities of your needs before you make an order simply because we do not offer any refund. If for any other reason products to be returned, there is a restocking charge of 30% of the value of the products payable in addition to the shipping fees and collection.
We offer free samples, just pay for its shipping. Samples are there for you to order so you can see the quality of the goods.
The only cases we can offer returns are if a mistake has been made and you received what you have not ordered.

Can I book a delivery date online?

Yes. Our Timed Delivery is one of our services, if you select timed delivery please inform us with you preferred time by either sending us an email or by calling our customer services centre. 

Do you deliver to my address?

Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some delivery services are either extended by 2 working days, or in some instances not available at all. We only deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses if you contact us prior to your order to agree on the delivery terms. Our delivery pricing is just for UK mainland. Delivery will usually be by third party haulage companies so will therefore by kerbside and you will be responsible for taking the good into your own home. Third party delivery companies are not insured to enter your home.

Can I call you on the morning of delivery to confirm the delivery time?

No, unfortunately you can't contact us on the morning of delivery to confirm the delivery time.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery date will depend on the delivery method chosen during check out and  product's size, contact us for information.

Important Notice: Orders are delivered by various carriers, due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport any goods into a property. Many of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location, this may be kerbside.

Last order cut off time is 12PM Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday. Signature is always required
