Apply once. When the team has approved your account, sign in to see your trade prices on the site. Prices are never shown to visitors who are signed out.

Register on the site, or sign in if you already have an account.
- 2Send your trade application
Tell us about your business on the trade application page.
- 3We check your details
The team reviews your application and emails you when the review is complete. We may ask for a little more information.
- 4Sign in to shop
Once approved, sign in to see your trade prices.

Have your business details to hand: company name, the kind of trade you do, your contact name, phone number, email and postcode, and your VAT or Companies House number if you have one.

Can I see trade prices before I apply?
No. Trade prices are only shown to approved accounts after they sign in.
Can I buy while my application is being checked?
Yes, at normal retail prices.

We email you. If we need more information we will email you for that too.
